Got this error running a DebugGame Editor configuration:

  LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) public: class FString const & __cdecl FPakFile::GetFilename(void)const " (__imp_?GetFilename@FPakFile@@QEBAAEBVFString@@XZ) referenced in function "public: static void __cdecl URyRuntimePakHelpers::GetMountedPakFilenames(class TArray<class FString,class TSizedDefaultAllocator<32> > &)" (?GetMountedPakFilenames@URyRuntimePakHelpers@@SAXAEAV?$TArray@VFString@@V?$TSizedDefaultAllocator@$0CA@@@@@@Z)

Adding the PakFile dependency appears to have fixed the issue.
