Dear Argo CD Development Team and Community Members,

I am dockercore, an avid user of Argo CD and a DevOps professional. Firstly, I'd like to express my gratitude for developing such an outstanding GitOps tool. It has significantly streamlined our Kubernetes deployments.

Recently, in my interactions with peers, I've noticed a growing interest in Argo CD among Kubernetes and DevOps experts from countries like China, Singapore, and Malaysia. However, a common feedback from many of them is the lack of support for Simplified Chinese in Argo CD.

Considering the following points, I strongly urge the Argo CD team to consider adding Simplified Chinese support:

Vast User Base: China represents the world's largest internet market with hundreds of millions of internet users. Supporting Simplified Chinese in Argo CD would open doors to a massive potential user base.

Enhanced User Experience: Language acts as a bridge connecting users to tools. Offering a localized experience would make Argo CD more accessible and user-friendly for non-English speakers.

Community Backing: I've observed that there's a significant demand for Simplified Chinese support within the Argo CD community. We are also willing to actively participate in the translation and testing processes to ensure the quality and accuracy of translations.

Business Value: As Argo CD gains traction in China and other Simplified Chinese regions, supporting the language will likely attract more enterprise users and potential partners.

I understand that adding a new language support to an open-source project might require time and resources. However, I believe it's an investment that will pay off. Members of our community are also ready to offer assistance and support in this endeavor.
